and make some gold item be a silver,so free user can have it though need alot of silver,that's will make free user interested

When people are allowed to choose map/mode the wait time will be a lot longer different people different interests.
Balancing teams / win rate : I know what you mean but that is really hard ( they are working on the balancing )
Every consecutive row of logging in you get a free 3 days premium car.

nice update, but experience in premium cars seems useless after they got expire. you need more gold to convert and transfer the experience earn in premium cars.

Yes you need gold to transfer exp.
You get more exp on a premium car + more silver.

It might be that Unity does not want to update your files.
Empty your Cache and try again. ( if that does not work please reply here )
